Masterman's Name Be Praised...

This link is too good to be true. But it is true. Therefore, it is simply amazingly hilarious. Admittedly, if you're not from Masterman, this is only mildly amusing... but if you had actually had the pleasure of dealing with with a certain crazy chemistry teacher and knew how she spoke, I assure you that you'd be dying of laughter. And if you think it wouldn't be funny, even under those circumstances...I hate you? Sure, that's it. I hate you.

Now, you may wonder how I came across this gem, especially considering that I don't simply peruse my Alma mater's webpage for shits and giggles. Well that, dear friends, is all thanks to my freshman year roomie, Mr. Anderson. And so, he gets the proper blog credit that he so richly deserves.

so i'm cruising facebook (as many a weekday evening finds me)
and i stumble across the profile of a chick in my class who is semi-annoying/emails the whole class alot
i'm naturally not her friend, but i'm perusing her profile for the first time and i see - hometown, philadelphia
so i'm like hmm
is she actually from philly or does she just claim to be (like me - makes it easier on these californians plus makes me feel better about myself)
so i see that her high school is 'central high school'
very nondescript sounding - and i've never heard of it
so i google it, turns out it's actually in philly (as i'm sure you already know)
so i'm reading about it and it kinda sounds like your school
"small, college preperatory etc etc"
so i wonder what your school says about itself
so i wander over to masterman's site
and i'm perusing it
mostly looking for pictures of you
or your sister
*ba zing*
and i see a button that says "want to teach at masterman?"
so i push it
as i tend to be always looking for a way out of medicine
dead link
damn
i retrace my steps back a bit
and click on the science department
to see if there are any job listings there
not that i'm in any way qualified to actually teach anyone
but c'mon give me a break, i'm procrastinating here
and i see a very boring page
list of faculty, etc
and one course page
for AP chem
so i click it
as a chemistry student, this is a natural curiosity

is this a joke that the teacher did (i assume you know him/her)
or is it a practical joke that the students did that has survived 4 months
and is the teacher troubled by doughnut induced girth expansion?
